Use of service

Yalanehgez provides WhatsApp-based booking, appointment, ordering, payment, receipt, reminder, and operations automation for businesses in Egypt. Businesses and customers agree to use the service only for legitimate operational communication.

Business responsibility

Business operators remain responsible for honouring bookings, appointments, orders, deposits, refunds, payment confirmations, service availability, capacity, pricing, and the accuracy of business information shown to customers.

Payments

Yalanehgez may help collect or record InstaPay transfers, Visa payments, deposits, payment screenshots, and receipts. Final payment acceptance, refund handling, and dispute resolution remain the responsibility of the business operator.

Service availability

Yalanehgez is designed for high availability, but WhatsApp delivery, Meta systems, internet access, payment providers, AI providers, and other third-party services can occasionally affect response times, payment status, or message delivery.

Who we are

Yalanehgez (يلا نحجز) is an AI-powered WhatsApp operations and booking automation service built for businesses in Egypt across hospitality, health, beauty, sports, events, and service sectors.

What data we collect

When customers interact with a Yalanehgez-powered WhatsApp assistant, we collect information provided during the conversation: name, phone number, booking or appointment details, order details, payment confirmation details, receipt information, notes, and any other information the customer chooses to share.

How we use it

This data is used to process and manage bookings, appointments, orders, reminders, payments, receipts, support messages, and operational reports on behalf of the business. We do not sell or rent customer data.

Third-party providers

Yalanehgez may use Meta/WhatsApp infrastructure, AI providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and dashboard tools where necessary to operate the service.

WhatsApp and Meta

Yalanehgez uses the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By messaging a Yalanehgez-powered number, users are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Business and Commerce Policies.

Opt-out

Customers can reply STOP to unsubscribe from promotional messages. They may still receive transactional messages related to active bookings, appointments, orders, payments, or receipts.

Data retention

Records are retained for as long as the business operator requires for operational, support, reporting, and compliance purposes, unless deletion is requested and legally possible.
